In a 2L Magic Pot, add the following 2tsp ghee 1C Sugar 1" cinnamon, 3 crushed cardamoms 1/2C water On High for 1W / 4mins. Relase pressure. Mix in 50gms rusk slices. Soak for a few seconds till soft and take out - Shahi Tukda Additionally Mix in 50gms crushed rusk pieces and mash well. Let it sit for 1-2mins for the pieces to get soaked well and soft. Garnish with some chopped nuts and / or Rabri to make it richer
Coconut - 1 cup, grated or chopped Cumin Seeds - 2 teaspoon Green Chilli - 4 Salt - 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil - 2 teaspoon Instructions: Load all the ingredients in a mixer jar and blend using short bursts (the 'pulse' button helps) first. Then blend with 2 tablespoon water, until almost smooth (very smooth pastes are good for kurma). Transfer to a shallow plate or ice cube trays and set in freezer. Score the semi-set paste if using a plate.
